Delivery methods in the outwe.co store
The Buyer can choose from the following delivery methods for the order placed in the Store:
- Courier
- Courier COD
- InPost parcel locker
Product return (withdrawal from the contract)
You can return any purchased product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Shipping address:

I will be very pleased if you send an e-mail to hej@bobbys.pl in advance – it will make managing returns easier – but it is not obligatory 🙂
Complaints (non-compliance of the product with the contract)
If you find that the product is inconsistent with the contract, you can file a complaint.
The scope and principles of our liability for non-compliance of the product with the contract and your rights are regulated by the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Articles 43a-43g). If you find that the product is non-compliant with the contract, you should inform us about it, specifying, among other things, your request related to the identified non-compliance of the product with the contract or submitting a declaration of appropriate content.
